We care deeply. Who else will?

Our culture helps you grow professionally and personally—in an organization where everyone can feel they belong.

Community is at the very heart of who we are and who we serve.

We're creating a workplace where everyone feels empowered to be who they really are and where people challenge personal and systemic oppression head on.

OUR CORE VALUES

People can and
do recover.

We are rigorous in our belief that every single person has the ability to recover and the right to receive the care that will help them get there.

We are continuously improving.

We're proud of the legacy we've built in our 65+ years. But we're not resting on our laurels. We constantly look for opportunities to improve ourselves and those around us.

Care starts
with “Yes.”

Oftentimes, the healthcare industry - and especially in behavioral health - leads with “No.” No insurance? No care. No money for out-of-pocket expenses? Not our problem. Well, at SummitStone, we flip the script. Both in care and in careers, we lead with, “Yes.”

We are champions
for SummitStone.

Our clients. Our communities. Each other. At every turn, we champion people's success and double down on our commitment to transforming lives and helping those who need us most.

Our strategic
anchors.

Our strategic anchors are the pillars that support our core values and our mission. They are the day-to-day ways we enact our transformational vision and make an impact in behavioral health for the communities we serve.

  • Excellence in clinical care
  • Committed and engaged staff
  • Superior client experience
  • Leader and voice for behavioral health in the community

65+ years of transforming lives.

When President Kennedy enacted the Community Mental Health Act in 1963, our path was clear. And today, our passion and resolve has put us at the leading edge of behavioral health in Larimer County and the country.

Giving back.

Every year, we get involved with the community through fundraisers, outreach and education and more. We focus our efforts largely on generating support and resources to provide services to people who can’t pay for their care due to lack of Medicaid coverage, no other insurance, or who are unable to pay out-of-pocket.
